Our Services

At the Center For Being Light, our services include both Reiki sessions and Reiki classes. Reiki sessions are gentle healing sessions with one of us. Session structures vary slightly depending on how the energy moves and flows. Reiki classes, on the other hand, are structured as weekend workshops. In our classes, students receive attunements to connect with Reiki energy. They also learn and practice the skills needed to use Reiki for self-healing and for healing others.
